Online therapy is conducted via Zoom video calls. I utilize REMOTEMDR when conducting EMDR sessions.

Individual Therapy is $200 per session, and last an hour.
Family, couple’s and parenting sessions is $250 per session, and last an hour.
Coaching and consultation and or group counseling is handled on a case by case basis.
Insurances Accepted: Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Oscar.
The first session, will involved collecting data, history, and developing a focus for therapy.
Duration of therapy depends upon the person’s needs and the purpose of therapy.
